Ingredients required to make Garam Masala
half cup cumin
half cardamom
1/4 cup black pepper
1/4 coriander seeds
3-4 dry red chillies
three tablespoons fennel
two tablespoons cloves
10 cinnamon sticks
4-5 bay leaves
2 teaspoons Shah Jeera
one teaspoon nutmeg
Half teaspoon ginger powder.

How to make Garam Masala

step 1-Roast coriander seeds in a non-stick pan on low flame.

Step 2- When fragrant, fry cumin seeds, shah cumin seeds, black pepper and dried red chillies until they become crisp.

Step 3- Now take it out from the pan, and fry all the spices except ginger powder in the pan on medium flame.

Step 4- While frying, take care that the spices do not burn, once the aroma starts coming from them, take them out and put them in a mixer jar.

Step 5- Grind all the spices in a mixer and make a coarse masala.

Step 6- Add ginger powder to this mixture and keep it in an airtight container.

Here, your garam masala powder is ready. While cooking any vegetable, add garam masala at the end and cook for just a minute. The taste of your food will increase four times.
